At a near distance, options for public transport vary by walking paths of every fitness level.
The names given when booking cannot be changed.
It is key to give the full names of all travelers at the time of booking.
If a voucher with the full names of all travelers is not shown at the ticket office before entry, this can lead to being kept from getting into the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Should there be any change in the scheduled time of the meeting, you will know beforehand through an email.
Tours will go on notwithstanding weather conditions except in cases of official closure of the monument due to safety reasons.

There are mandatory security checks at all entry points into the sites.
It is worthy of note that during peak periods or seasons, the wait time for these security checks can be very long and this has nothing to do with the ticket line.
Since toilets are not much, kindly use the washroom before coming for the tour.
Breaks will be when possible.
No weapons of any kind- pocket knives, glass bottles and big backpacks are allowed.
There is no refund for no-shows or late arrivals.
If you are late at the meeting point then you cannot join the tour.
To access the Colosseum and Roman Forum area, each traveler must have a valid passport or identification document matching with the name provided during booking.

If you cancel less than 10 days before your scheduled departure date, you will receive a 0% refund.
