Each and every person whether adult or child has to show valid id proof with the same full name on the ticket, otherwise entry will not be allowed.
After this booking gets confirmed, no changes and cancellations are allowed.

Please note that the rules about how many people can be at the Colosseum and security checks might cause a late start of the tour.
Customers need to come 30 minutes before the planned time to help with organization and management.
The Colosseum and Roman Forum strictly implement a passport or identification check.
The document must match the name used in booking the ticket.
Tour tickets are personal and will bear the information of the visitor.
These tickets are nominative for each attendee, and therefore name changes will not be allowed after purchase.
In case there is any variance with the identity document, entry to the Colosseum will not be granted, and no refunds will be provided.
All guests will be subjected to security screening like that at the airports.
In case of a late arrival, no-show or cancellation beyond the time specified by the customer in the cancellation policy parameters, refund is not expected.
