The Colosseum had separate entrances for the gladiators, including the arena, underground viewing platforms, and the first and second floors of the monument.

Public transport for all levels of physical fitness is at hand.
Please ensure that the booking carries the full names of all occupiers, children included.
If names are wrong and entry is denied, a refund cannot be issued.
Minors are considered to be those who are 17 years of age or below on the day of the activity.
In addition, entrance tickets to the Colosseum cannot be transferred and are non-refundable.
All travelers must present valid identification with a matching name on the booking for entry.
Without proper identification, entry cannot be assured.
Check-in requires arrival at least 15 minutes before the tour begins.
The meeting time can be changed; in such a case, you will get a call or message from the activity provider.
Be sure to give your right phone number with the correct country code.
Late arrivals will not be refunded.

In the months of July and August, because of heat, the duration of stay is reduced to 2 hours.
All persons seeking entry into the Colosseum must go through a metal detector, with no exceptions.
Things that are not allowed are: big backpacks, pets, guns or knives, large bags, alcohol, drugs, sprays and glass.
When you buy this tour, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
If you picked the audio guide option, download the app ahead of time while on Wi-Fi.
After downloading, the app will work offline.
Note that earphones are not given so bring your own making sure they fit your smartphones.
Also, remember that older phone models might not support the app well.
For bookings made after 4:00 PM, there might not be enough time to see the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.
You can come earlier or choose to visit the Roman Forum the next day.

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel at least three full days prior to the scheduled departure, you will be entitled to a complete refund.

If the cancellation occurs between one and three days before the scheduled departure, a refund of 50% will be issued.

However, if the cancellation is made within one day of the scheduled departure, no refund will be provided.
